Are you looking for new ways to expand your relationship with your body? Are you seeking new, cutting-edge embodied movement offerings for your clients and community? Our facilitator training introduces you to the revolutionary HUMANHOOD method and allows you to begin running HUMANHOOD’s movement sessions in your city.

HUMANHOOD’s method is an entirely new paradigm of somatic movement designed to deepen your connection with your body and energy. Inspired by our founders, Julia and Rudi, over 30 years experience as world-class dancers and choreographers as well as their research into ancient traditions such as Chi Gong, Yoga, African Dance and Meditation, HUMANHOOD’s practice was initially designed to help professional dancers connect to the spiritual essence behind their dance.

Far deeper than just a choreographed set of moves, the practice follows a channeled sequence that submerges participants into trans-like states, where dance becomes the catalyst for self-realisation. Here, in this expansive space beyond logic, we bypass the noise of the mind and tap into a profound state of flow.

Become a HUMANHOOD Facilitator

For the first time, we are opening our doors to individuals of all backgrounds, ages (+18) and abilities who are passionate about HUMANHOOD’s movement methodology and are committed to fully embody our practice while sharing it with our worldwide community.

This is a unique opportunity to join the HUMANHOOD extended family and be a carrier of the embodied wisdom originated by Julia and Rudi.

As a facilitator you’ll be personally trained by Julia and Rudi both in-person and online. Once the first training is successfully completed, you’ll be entitled to join our HUMANHOOD’s Facilitator team and start facilitating our signature movement class HUMANHOOD : SYNC, in your city and around the world.

As part of the HUMANHOOD Facilitator’s team you will have access to ongoing updates and online sessions that will allow you to keep the practice relevant and alive while keeping it truthful to its core.

What You’ll Learn:

Subtle Energetics

Our movement language is based on a deep set of subtle energetics inspired by Chi Gong, Yoga, and Meditation. You’ll learn to move with more connection to the earth, and to initiate movements from a place of truth and honesty in your body.

Holistic Expression

HUMANHOOD’s movement practice is about exploring your own physicality and recognizing your own patterns so you can take decisions from a greater awareness. You will learn to fully listen to the body and receive the movement, instead of doing it. Ultimately, you’ll express and discover your own unique dance form.

Conducting Group Sessions & Space Holding

HUMANHOOD facilitators are leaders in their community who embody health, wellbeing, and connection. During the facilitator training you’ll learn how to conduct the energy of the group and hold space, as we do here at HUMANHOOD.

Facilitate HUMANDHOOD: SYNC

The first level facilitator training will provide you the basic skills to be able to facilitate our signature class, HUMANHOOD:SYNC designed for all levels, to your own community. The participant will be assess by Rudi and Julia and offered an agreement

The training includes:

- 10 Days in-person with Rudi and Julia
- Additional Online Development material
- Several 1:1 oral & written feedback

The fee for the Facilitator Training Level 1 is £4700
