2026 Facilitators Training Program
TRAINING DETAILS:
Dates: 3 - 14 January (no class on January 8th)
Location: IAB, Sitges (Barcelona, Spain)
Hours: 10:30am - 5pm (3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 10th, 11th January) with a 1h15min break lunch
& 6pm - 10pm (7th, 9th, 12th, 13th, 14th January) with a 10/15min break during the session.
Deposit: £450 - this fee is to secure you place.
Investment: £4,250 paid upfront or £4,500 on a payment plan (3 payments)

We are currently receiving a high volume of applications for the HUMANHOOD:Sync Facilitator Training, each one personally and carefully reviewed by Julia and Rudi. To prioritise those who are genuinely ready to step into this experience, we ask that the deposit is paid upon submitting your application, via the email you will receive.
If, for any reason, your application is not successful, your deposit will be refunded.
Once your application is submitted, you’ll receive a follow-up email with the next steps (including the deposit link), on how to confirm your place and complete your application.
This training is a tightly held container designed to guide you into a deep embodiment of HUMANHOOD’s movement language, and to help you step confidently into your own facilitation voice. Over the course, you will learn how to lead powerful 45-minute to 1-hour sessions crafted by Julia and Rudi — the foundation of the HUMANHOOD:Sync practice.
Upon successful completion, if you are ready to lead HUMANHOOD:Sync classes, you will be offered an official facilitation contract/licence with us — to bring HUMANHOOD:Sync to your city or community and be featured in our website and a dedicated social media channel. Alternatively, you will walk away empowered to integrate and share the teachings in a non-official capacity within your own context. All who complete the training will receive a certificate.
