2026 Facilitators Training Program

TRAINING DETAILS:

Dates: 3 - 14 January (no class on January 8th)

Location: IAB, Sitges (Barcelona, Spain)

Hours: 10:30am - 5pm (3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 10th, 11th January) with a 1h15min break lunch
& 6pm - 10pm (7th, 9th, 12th, 13th, 14th January) with a 10/15min break during the session.

Investment: £4,250 paid upfront or £4,500 on a payment plan (3 payments)

We are currently receiving a high volume of applications for the Facilitators Training Program, each of which is personally and carefully reviewed by Julia and Rudi. In order to prioritise those who are genuinely considering joining the training, we kindly ask applicants to submit a fully refundable deposit of £450. Once you have placed the  deposit,  please proceed to complete your application. Please note no applications will be reviewed unless the deposit is placed. This will be a tightly held container that will push you into deep embodiment of our movement language and to step more confidently into your teaching voice. During this course, you will be learning to facilitate a series of 45min - 1hour15min movement sessions devised by Julia and Rudi, as the basis of HUMANHOOD practice. 

There is no “certification” or official pass/fail. However, if our team feels you are ready to conduct HUMANHOOD: SYNC classes, you’ll be offered an official contract with us to bring SYNC to your city. Alternatively, you will be able to share what you have learned in a non-official manner.

We are limiting the group size to a maximum of 20 participants, in order to be able to provide 1:1 feedback and support. If you wish to be considered, please place your deposit below.
After you place your deposit, someone from our team will reach out to you to share the application form and confirm whether or not you’ll receive an invitation to this training. If you are not accepted into this first training, you’ll receive an invitation to participate in the following training.
