5-Day Immersion to change the way you MOVE with your body,
FEEL in your body and ultimately, LIVE through your body.

2027 editions

For ALL Levels and ALL Bodies

This is a space for curiosity, experimentation, and transformation—not perfection.

Whether you’re reconnecting with your body in a new way or deepening an existing practice, the Sync Immersion invites you into a full-bodied exploration of movement.

You will learn tools that are both accessible and profound — designed to meet you exactly where you are and support you in expanding beyond where you’ve been.

How You’ll Be Moved

Discover how to move not just more, but better.
You’ll explore practices that unlock movement efficiency, coordination and next-level fluidity—ways of moving that feel powerful, effortless, and uniquely yours.

Next-Level Fluidity

Instead of pushing or controlling movement, you’ll develop the skill to listen and receive the motion. This creates a stronger, clearer connection that helps you move with more ease, presence, and confidence.

Heightened Somatic Awareness

Movement becomes a way to notice, feel, and process emotions—without being overwhelmed by them. You’ll learn how to stay present with what arises, while breaking free from old emotional patterns held in the body.

Emotional Clarity

Let go of overthinking and move without the inner critic running the show. You’ll experience what it feels like to create from the body—with intention, flow, and a deep sense of liberation.

Creative Freedom

Share space with others who are also showing up fully. Through movement, silence, and shared presence, you’ll build trust and connection—without needing to say a word.

Real Connection

The Quality of your Movement

is

The Quality of your Life

Why This Program Will Move You

Far Beyond Movement

This Immersion isn’t just about how you move,
it’s about how you meet yourself through movement.

You’ll start to see where you hold back, where you flow, what’s been unspoken, and what’s ready to be released. This work touches more than muscles—it meets your emotions, your beliefs, and your patterns.

The shifts you experience in your body will ripple out into how you speak, relate, rest, and show up in your life.
You won’t just move differently. You’ll live differently.

HOW OTHERS HAVE BEEN MOVED . . .

About Julia and Rudi

Julia Robert and Rudi Cole are internationally acclaimed choreographers, movement directors, and world-class dancers, known for their immersive, transformational approach to movement. As co-founders of HUMANHOOD, their work blends contemporary dance, somatic intelligence, and energetic awareness into experiences that reach far beyond stage performance.

In the Movers Intensive, Julia and Rudi offer a rare combination of excellence and accessibility. Drawing from over two decades of global touring (including renowned theatres and festivals such as Sadler’s Wells or Venice Biennale), large-scale choreography, and deep personal practice in movement and dance, they hold a space where each participant is invited to move with clarity, confidence, and presence — regardless of background or ability.

With their grounded presence and their inspiring certitude they guide people into a direct relationship with their own bodies — through intuitive exploration, movement efficiency, and deep listening. The space they hold is intentional, precise, and deeply human.

This Intensive reflects everything they’ve come to believe through their work: that how we move reveals how we live — and that changing one inevitably transforms the other.

“We believe each human is a cosmic dancer,
with a unique gift: the body.
Here lies a Portal patiently waiting to reveal
the depth of our human potential.
Regardless of age, background, or ability, we all possess the artistry to access the transformative power of movement.”
