  • Not at all. Liberated Body is open to everyone, whether movement is already part of your life or you’re just beginning.

  • The sessions vary in length depending on the movement practices and explorations being guided, ranging between 10 and 40 minutes.

  • No special equipment is needed — just comfortable clothing and some space to move.

  • You’ll have access to Liberated Body for 12 months, allowing you to revisit the practices and move through the journey in your own time for a full year.
