SYNC

A different way of experiencing movement

Sync is HUMANHOOD’s

original Movement Method

A space to move beyond habit and experience movement in a different way: less about doing, more about receiving.

Inspired by Julia and Rudi’s decades of experience as world-class dancers and choreographers, the Sync Method first emerged as a practice designed to help professionals dancers connect more deeply with the essence behind their movement.

Through rhythm, awareness, and listening through the body, Sync guides people of all backgrounds and levels into powerful shared states of flow, connection, and presence.
