Fanny Delbrel
Hi, I'm Fanny, the lover of movement.
Formerly a professional dancer, I've spent the last 7 years perfecting my yoga teaching skills. Conscious movement, meditation, yoga and dance are part of my daily life. When I discovered Humanhood's work, I said to myself, "At last! I've just found the language I've always been looking for".
This method is simple, honest access to our full physical and energetic potential. A way of connecting with your body in its simplest and most powerful expression.
As a yoga teacher, which is an intense practice not accessible to all bodies, I am deeply happy to be able to offer a space for ALL. A safe space where all bodies are welcome. A space where less is more.

Baba Afrosphere
I come from the Belgian Hip-Hop Freestyle background.
Dancing gave me a feeling that took over my life, and it made me seek dancers and styles with various methodologies. This lead me to a decade of finite learning and then to an infinite unlearning.
I recognised humanhood:sync as precious tool to embody the quality of least resistance. Once anchored in the body, no explanation is needed, the movement speaks by itself, in the present.
I wish for the participants to arrive fully in their body , tuning the mind to the body.
I wish them the language of the movement.
I wish them to feel it , wherever they are, whatever they do, with whoever they are.

Emma
Emma, a dedicated physician, yoga instructor and dance enthusiast has spent the last 15 years exploring movement in all its forms. Her passion for dance started in 2010, while working and traveling from the Indian Ocean to the South Pacific. Now based in Nice, she continues dancing, practicing yoga and climbing.
As a yoga teacher, Emma has been looking for a practice that would integrate breath-body-mind and the expressiveness of dance. Her encounter with Julia and Rudi came naturally, as movement researchers and as Human Beings. Discovering the Humanhood: Sync method provided the answers she had been searching for years.
With great enthusiasm, Emma is now ready to facilitate Humanhood: Sync sessions, allowing participants to immerse fully in the experience. She often says that "movement is key" to unlocking limitations inside and outside the body. Humanhood: Sync is an accessible movement method for everyone who is curious and willing to reconnect to the body with a sense of playfulness.

Agnes Zander
Born in Barcelona of a German father and Catalan mother. I moved to New York at age 19. Later in 1991 in Mexico, I was initiated into the ancestral Aztec dance of the concheros and experienced the power of collective dance. With this knowledge I explored performance art rooted in ritual and storytelling for decades.
I created both alone and in group various pieces performed in Nature, in City Streets, in Museums, Prisons, Universities and other venues in the US and Spain.
When I connected to HumanhoodSync everything fell into place! I knew I want to facilitate and offer a space and time for everyone to connect deeply with one’s body and soul.

Olga Aneychik
Born in Belarus and based in Vilnius, Lithuania, I am deeply rooted in the exploration of movement, dance, and body practices.
Throughout my life, I’ve been exploring different facets of moving, rhythmicality, connections and subtle dialogue between psyche, body, and mind — a continuous, lifelong research. This process is intrinsically tied to the art of life.
The resonance of the Humanhood:Sync practice is deep and lives strongly within me. This practice opens a space for discovering a new relationship with one’s own body — a relationship built on trust, curiosity, and deep listening.
The body holds the answers — even to questions we may not yet know we are asking. With curated guidance, the process invites us to reconnect with the body’s innate intelligence and to remember the wisdom that is always present beneath the surface.

Yasmine Mahmoudi
On a lifelong journey of self-realization, my path has moved from classical to contemporary dance. I am a graduate of the Martha Graham School and the American Ballet Theatre®, and a certified Humanhood:sync® facilitator. I experience the body as a living sacred book—an infinite source of wisdom in motion, a space of listening, transmutation, and revelation, in service of light.
That is why I facilitate Humanhood:sync® session. It is radically accessible to all bodies, regardless of shape, history, or background. It offers a way to free ourselves from accumulated tension and unhealthy programming without analysis or words—through a quiet surrender to the source of life within. In these moments, the body naturally reboots to its original state of peace and creative freedom, allowing us to return to our true nature in a simple, precise, and gentle way.Facilitation Cities: Blois, France

Puck Van den bergen
My name is Puck. I am a psychologist, trainer, and coach, with a deep love for working with and through the body. I am deeply inspired by what lives beyond words — by movement, sensation, and what the body expresses when we allow it to lead. Dance and improvisation have long been my playgrounds — places where I drop into the present moment and let the body move by itself, finding its own flow. When that happens, something opens..
What inspires me about HUMANHOOD:Sync is how naturally it invites this undoing. The waves, the rhythm, the simplicity — and at the same time the depth. It reflects something essential about being human: that everything is already there, moving, changing, syncing.
In the sessions I will be offering, I most look forward to witnessing participants soften their shields and meet themselves honestly and raw. To connect with their bodies in the now, and at the same time touch something beyond the physical — a life force that cannot be explained or grasped, only felt. Beyond words.

Maria Vavilova
I've walked many paths – mindfulness business, yoga, integrative voice therapy, the Gurdjieff Fourth Way. They led me here: to silence, to the body.
We are all trying to find our way back to ourselves.
To me, Humanhood Sync is that homecoming. A shift from what I think is wrong toward gifts that have always been there. An encounter with yourself, as you are.
I once believed I needed more – more effort, more healing – to become whole. I mistook striving for the path.
But what is needed is not more. It is a return. A softening into the still point inside. In that release, you come home. Life flows – not because you grasp it, but because you are finally open to it.
This is joy. This is innocence. This is the rhythm we were born with.

Florian Decker
Born in Vienna, I discovered my passion for dance at the age of fifteen. After making a few sensible life choices—completing a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Software Development—I eventually found my way back to movement and graduated in Contemporary and Classical Dance from the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna.
Today, I enjoy the wide range of possibilities that dance brings into my life, exploring diverse forms of movement. I am particularly drawn to approaches that emphasize rhythm, joy, and the connection between bodies in space.
HUMANHOOD:Sync has opened new qualities in my dancing: a deeper muscular relaxation, a looseness in my joints, and the ability to follow my body’s rhythms with greater sensitivity. It has given me a feeling and quality that I value deeply—something precious, and something worth sharing.
