Through this work, you will learn to inhabit your most sacred home, your closest temple here on Earth, and this is: your Body.
Listening to your body is not passive — it’s an act of power.
It’s how you access the truth beneath the noise, the wisdom beyond confusion.
This is not about fixing or improving — it’s about rebuilding trust in the body’s natural rhythm, and devoting time to what truly sustains you.
Through movement, stillness, breath, and shared space, Embodied Woman offers a grounded path to live from a place of harmony with the body — fully and consciously.

What’s Included
▷ Year-Long Journey: A full-year program, starting the last week of January and concluding the first week of December, designed to support deep, lasting transformation.
▷ Bi-Weekly Sessions: Connect every other week in a small, intimate group setting. Sessions range from 1 to 2 hours, depending on the depth and focus of the work.
▷ Sacred Circle Experience: Join a close-knit community of women, sharing space, stories, and support in a container of trust and confidentiality.
▷ Guided by Julia: Work closely with Julia throughout the year, receiving her guidance, insights, and mentorship on your personal journey.
▷ Embodied Practices: Learn tools and practices that integrate mind, body, and spirit, helping you move through life with more presence, confidence, and authenticity.
▷ Deepened Faith & Spirituality: A space to connect with the Divine, explore your purpose, and grow in understanding of yourself and your calling.
▷ Unique, Supportive Community: Build meaningful connections with like-minded women, creating a network of support that extends beyond the sessions.
